Wild mushroom tagliatelle

We made this pasta dish exactly like our Chanterelle Tagliatelle, only this time we used delicious wild forest mushrooms we got from Poland, borowiki. They are common in Finnish forests as well, but don't seem to be eaten here so much. While in Poland these wild mushrooms are a true delicacy and an important ingredient of many traditional dishes.

To pyszne danie przygotowaliśmy tak samo jak nasz Makaron tagliatelle z kurkami, tylko tym razem użyliśmy pysznych borowików podarowanych z Polski. W Finlandii borowiki są równie popularne w lasach, chociaż nie są tutaj spożywane tak często jak w polskiej kuchni.
